System 76, Inc. (“BeansBooks”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides BeansBooks.com, the “Site” and software, the “Application”. The Application also includes your use of the BeansBooks API. Collectively, the Site and Application are referred to as “Services”.
System 76, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes our information practices as it pertains to the Services.
We collect information from individuals who browse the Site and create an account. Individuals that create an account provide billing and contact information such as name, company name, email address, phone number and other information.
Data and information that you provide including, but not limited to, your uploaded company logo, transactions added to Application, customer information, vendor information, sales orders, invoices, expenses and purchase orders are securely stored in the Application. Collectively, we call this “User Content”. You own your User Content. The User Content you store in the Application and its use are governed by the BeansBooks Terms of Service.
We consider your financial information to be extremely sensitive. We do not sell Collected Information or User Content to third parties. User Content may be disclosed through normal operation of the Application. For instance, sending an invoice to your customer or a purchase order to your vendor exposes the invoice or purchase order information to the applicable individual. In general, User Content is accessible to whom you give access to your account or to whom you give access through the normal use of the Services.
BeansBooks encrypts all data transmissions to and from the Site and Application. A BeansBooks account can have multiple companies. Each company has its own Application and thus users, API access and database. Encryption keys are unique to each company.
